No, I had them when I was your age. Do you rub your eyes a lot? Maybe from allergies? The circles may be caused by breaking of the tiny veins. Concealer worked a little but not completely. They do have treatment for it now that looks promising. Look into it. Sorry I couldn't help more, but just know that it does happen and I feel for you.
