How would you describe a brand new social system of freedom to replace all social systems currently in use?

Looking for a brand new system that will promote peace, prosperity, freedom, and high living standards for all, not just the rich few. Good for the environment, high education, high human physical/emotional health, able to accomodate population, etc. Please describe an original system that has not been used before.
