Pain in lower and upper arm right arm please read?

alright 2 days ago i just got lower arm pain felt like growing pains but 10 x harder like someone hit it with a sledge hammer i could hardly move it i got it like near lunch time then it faded away then the next morning went to school again then around lunch time i got it in the upper arm so this head across the table from me was sliding books across the table to me i gave him 3 chances to stop then i just cracked and through the book as hard as i can at him my heart rate was like up mive and my arm was ******* hurting so bad like 20 times more then the one i had the folowing day i could hardly write or anything so yeah whats wrong on that arm the right arm ive also got a benign tumor and i lift weights and stuff i do a full body work out every 3rd day so please help i take creatine tri phosphate enhancer and protein shakes aswell
