To me, she is perfect, I need your help guys.?

So I really like this girl, we haven't talked in a while, she said she wanted to start talking again, and I always catch her looking at me. I have always had this weird feeling, like we we are always meant to be together, even in times when it seemed like we would never be together because she was flirting with some other guy, I always felt like it was our destiny to be together. ( maybe I'm just infatuated or just head over heals in love with her idk) but recently it seems like she is beginning to like me, but I'm just to scared to say anything to her. She told me she wanted to talk but I do t been know what to say. Even when walking by her my lips remain sealed. I'm a freaking coward or something. But now I feel like a jack for ignoring her, what do i do?! Please help!
