Ovarian pain after having cysts removed? TTC?

I had my cysts removed on July 12th. I started my period on July 27th with the help of Provera. I started clomid 50mg days 3-7 on July 29th. My estimated Ovualtion day is August 11th but today my left ovary hurts. I did get a postitive OPK today and did the BD yesterday and will be BDing every other day until either AF or BFP. But the last few months my OPK was always positive, so I dont really know what to make of it.
