Why is Wladimir Klitschko not obliged to fight David Haye next?

The fact of the matter id that David Haye is not a real bonafide heavyweight contender, Its true that he has defeated Nicolay Valuev and John Ruiz, But in truth, What other heavyweights has Haye defeated, Meanwhile, The Nlitschkos are feeding themselves on carefully hand picked opponents to solidify thier careers and it dont hurt that the Klitschkos have thier own CCTV / PPV network and have a good portion of thier fights in Germany where boxing judges are in thier favor / pocket depending on how you look at it.....nuff said !!!
