New PC Help Needed! Is Tablet the way for 3D designing?

I am a semi-professional user of Adobe CS and other high end graphic software and if you want a tablet or a PC then they are fine but you will need the very very best, with the best possible graphics card, the best possible processor and the best possible size of screen, and you should be fine. I use Adobe CS3 on my current tablet PC (we call them desktop replacement laptops here in the UK) and it works fine even with Office 2007 and various other high performance programs. and it works fine.
