Is it wrong to walk my scooter when there's traffic?

There are no laws governing this that I am aware of. It would be similar to dismounting from your bicycle changing your status from vehicle to pedestrian such as using a crosswalk. Also, since parking of motorbikes and scooters is allowed on the sidewalk there is nothing stopping you from walking along the sidewalk. Ask a member of your local constabulary to find out for sure
