I might p out? What do I do?? ?

I'm in the play midsummer nights dream and I'm a fairy and I have to wear a f*cking skull cap thing and all my other fairies do too and within 15 minutes we ALL started to get really bad headaches. One of the faires is 19 and she said it could be a medical hazard. We told the director and he said "Hey maybe theyll stretch. Deal with it." and my head is like kinda going numbish and it really hurts. What can I tell him to make him believe me?? Could this actually be like bad??? Can someone actually tell me what's going on please? :(
