Orlando florida party places?

soo my birthday's coming up im turning 16 n i want to have a big party i want to plan early so tht i no ill have enough money for all this i need a banquet ballroom thingy tht weddings n birthday partes happen i want to have more varieties so id like o be able to bring in outside food to make a baffuet so tht my geusts has more choices i no of a place but i have no idea wht its called or anything i want it to hold atleast 180 200-300 would be fabulous im tryin to find places but its kinda hard considerin i dont even no wht the places r supposed to be called if u no of a place then please tell me!
