What would you call this hairstyle?

YEs..omg..I love Kellys look on there..I once wanted this look too but since Im a MOM it doesnt fit my style/nature. Yes if your a teen but once you hit college and beyong its not professional in some way SO of course get it when you advance beyong college more matured age/years go back to a 1 or 2 tone color MORE SIMPLE & professional maynor (just havin respect)!
