I have Strasburg in a 12 team roto keeper league. I was offered Carlos Gonzalez and Phil Hughes for him?

Is this enough? I'm leaning towards no. Hughes may be 10-1 but he's given up 23 ER in his last 43 innings and pitches in the AL East. Any thoughts?
