huntington disease is autosomal dominant, down syndrome is most often caused by trisomy of chr 21, CF is autosomal dominant, klinefelter is -linked only males can have it and its having two x chr, hemophilia is -linked, tay-sachs is autosomal recessive, sickle cell is autosomal recessive and being heterozygous is advantageous to people living in places where malaria is common (africa), colorblindness is linked, pku is autosomal recessive, achondroplasia is autosomal dominant
