Generally speaking, Does Shanghai provide a better career anticipation than Hangzhou?

certainly as Hangzhou totally not the same speed as Shanghai at all. Hangzhou is kinda laid-back w/ stil a lot local business running n not that int'l. Shanghai is 60% similar to HK w/ a lot int'l groups based there w/ their AP regional ofc or so.
