I watched a movie and need help!?

I watched a movie a wile back and which i could remember the name but its a movie with 2 sisters and there dad owned a makeup business and something was discovered in the makeup so business became horrible and the girls ended up burning down there mansion and had to live with there childhood nanny. Can some one help me i know that Hillary Duff is is in the movie
