My friend is 22 years old. She has a one and a half year old and a very selfish and stressful baby's father.

He is 26. She has been with him for 5 years on and off and she is completely in love with him. Unfortunately he doesn't come close to giving her the same attention and love that she does him. I know this bc I have lived with her the past year and known her since I was 6. They broke up again about a month ago and a new man has entered the picture. Well, he is trying. He is totally infatuated with her. He's had his eye on her for a while but she has always kept her distance along with every other guy that has shown an interest in the past few years. he is really turning out to be a great man. The only problem... he is 35. This is definitely a red flag to her, but it seems to be the only one. Obviously she is not looking for anything serious. But who really knows what could happen down the road. She asks for my opinion on his age and such but I am at a loss. Do you guys think this is entirely too old? Or is age just a number? Thoughts please!
