My head has been feeling really weird lately....?

The last few days I have had a headache and have occasionally been getting light headed, almost like im about to p out. Then tonight a suddenly started to feel sick. I dont know whats wrong with me any ideas? I had swine flu a couple weeks ago but ive been completely better.
