Proper dog and children interaction, how to keep dog and child safe....just a few questions?

The key is teaching the child how to approach the dog, and to teach the dog that the child is a leader. The child needs to understand that hugging, pulling, biting etc is not acceptable behavior, the dog needs to know that growling, snapping and aggressiveness is not tolerated. It will take some time but it works! The really great thing here is that you are already making the effort to educate your family and dogs. Good for you! Poodles are actually sturdier then you think. They were hunting dogs, ya know! Its just that foo foo hair cut they have now a days! If you have issues, don't be afraid to call a breeder or trainer for help. Good Luck, and enjoy your new family member!
