When I listen to a song I get this good tingling sensation in the back of my head. I was wondering what it is?

It's starts at the top backside of my head and sends a tingling sensation down to my neck. From my neck, it fades out. Please, I would really like to know what it is, my two friends and a cousin said that they have felt that same good sensation from good songs as well. Like maybe if you know what it is, you can give me the technical term of what it is called.
