Windows 7 not booting up. HELP!?

A system reformat is in store. If you want to try something simpler then try pressing F11 when your computer starts up. This should (supposedly) bring you to system restore screen. If it does just select a date from when you could remember your computer was working properly and it should set it back to those settings. If none of those work you should probably call customer support. They may not help you if you don't have a warranty so you could also bring it to Best Buy or Staplez and I ume someone there could help you out. Good Luck!
