Looking for a peaceful solution?

I have children & grandchildren here in UK, & I'm very concerned about their future. Does anyone have any ideas what we need to do to peacefully negotiate the removal of the threat of widespread terrorist action in the UK from Al Qaeda? I am not suggesting that we recognise them as anything other than a terrorist group, but there is something that is p*****g them off bigtime. How can we remove this threat? It is obvious that Blair & Bush are not going to pull our troops out, even though the electorate (and apparently the majority of Iraqis) want otherwise.
