The answer is 1/2. Heterozygosity means the chromosome carrying the gentic trait in question has 1 dominant allele and 1 recessive allele so when meiosis 1 occurs in the formation of sperm cells 1 of the daughter cells will have the recessive and 1 the dominant allele. After meiosis 2 there will be 4 sperm cells, 2 with the recessive allele and 2 with the dominant allele.
